This beautifully restored traditional Ibicencan Finca, sleeping 18 people, is situated in the rural area of San Lorenzo 14km from Ibiza town, 6km from the picturesque beach of Benirras and 8km from San Miguel. On the main floor of this grand house there are two double bedrooms with bathrooms and private entrances. The kitchen is huge and equipped to suit the needs of even the most discerning holiday chef. There is a comfortable lounge and a magnificent, traditional dining room with natural wooden ceiling beams. There are also two wash-rooms on this level.
Upstairs are two suites with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms incorporating hydro-massage. These rooms also have mini-bars and enjoy pleasant views to the garden.
Outside the main house is a double bedroom with mini-bar and en-suite bathroom.
In the grounds of Can Pou stand two independent apartments, each having a double bedroom, bathroom, open-plan lounge with kitchenette and furnished covered terrace.
Facing the pool are two further apartments each with a small lounge, double bedroom and shower room. Behind these is another twin bedroom with a specially adapted bathroom for people with mobility restrictions. All apartments have satellite TV and music.
The external areas are breath-taking in their beauty, the large pool and covered hot tub are served by a comfortably furnished sun terrace, surrounded by mature trees and lush lawns, flanked by flowering plants and trailing greenery climbing the trellises above the covered areas. There is a ping pong table and a stone built barbecue with grill, two large tables for dining outdoors and miles and miles of countryside to discover.
