Al lado de la torre esta la cocina amplia y completa; 4 fuegos, horno y lavadora, campana extractora armarios y nevera grande, con salón comedor estilo Ibicenco.
La Torre se utiliza como segundo salón comedor con mesa redonda, al lado están dos dormitorios, uno matrimonial (cama 1.35m) y el otro doble con armarios empotrados, con un aseo sin baño para los dos dormitorios situado en la torre. Aire acondicionado en el salón comedor. Tiene un tercer dormitorio matrimonial con baño completo incluido y un altillo, la cuarta habitación doble con baño completo en suite.
Hay un anexo a la casa con entrada independiente, consiste de 2 dormitorios matrimoniales y 1 habitacion individual con posibilidad cama extra, 2 baños completos (1 de ellos en-suite), salón con TV-satélite y cocina completa.

Neben dem Turm liegt die geräumige, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit 4 Kochstellen, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Dunstabzugshaube, Schränken und großem Kühlschrank. Wohn-/Eßzimmer im ibizenkischen Stil.
Der Turm ist als zweites Wohn-/Eßzimmer mit einem runden Tisch eingerichtet. Daneben liegen zwei Schlafzimmer (1 mit französischem Bett - 1,35 m breit, und 1 DZ mit Einbauschränken), sowie ein WC für beide Schlafzimmer.
Ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett verfügt über ein komplettes Bad und einen höher gelegenen Raum, das vierte Schlafzimmer (DZ) hat ein integriertes Bad. Es gibt einen Anbau mit separatem Eingang, bestehend aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit franz. Betten, 1 Einzelzimmer (Zusatzbett möglich), 2 komplette Badezimmer, Küche, sowie Wohnzimmer.

A côté de la tour se trouve la cuisine spacieuse et complètement équipée : 4 plaques de cuisson, four, lave-linge, extracteur, armoires et grand réfrigérateur. Salon-salle à manger du style traditionnel d’Ibiza.
La tour s’utilise comme un second salon-salle à manger avec une table ronde, juste à côté se trouvent une chambre avec un lit de 135 cm, une chambre avec lits jumeaux et armoires encastrées et des toilettes communes.
Il y a une troisième chambre avec lit double et salle de bains complète ainsi qu’une mezzanine et une quatrième chambre avec lits jumeaux et salle de bains en suite.
